We politely request:
All patients to make an appointment before coming in. We are open by appointment only.
Only booked patients should be coming in unless a chaperone is required due to physical or mental disability and under 16 years old. If more than one family members are booked, we will see one at a time. The other(s) will be asked to wait outside the practice.
All patients to wear a face covering when coming into the practice. If you are within the exempted category, we still recommend you to bring one to protect YOURSELF and the clinicians because part(s) of eye examination requires close proximity. You will only be asked to wear it for a few minutes during close-up examination. Remember, a mask protects YOU, not only people around you. Alternatively, please wear a face shield.
Most importantly, please ring to cancel your appointment if you and/or a member of your household have symptoms of COVID such as high temperature, new persisting cough and loss or change of sense of taste within the last 2 weeks. Contact NHS 119.
We would like to thank our patients for being understanding, supportive and patient with us since we have decided to do our part in keeping our community safe.
